For full-day tours from Lisbon, I come straight to your hotel door — no taxi, no stress. For Sintra-based tours, we usually meet at Sintra Train Station (an easy 40-minute train from Lisbon), but I'm flexible on both start and finish points. Just tell me what works best for your group.
You won't be left to figure it out alone. Entrance tickets are not included in the tour price — but the moment your booking is confirmed, I send you the exact links and best time slots for every site we visit. Pena Palace in particular sells out weeks in advance. I'll make sure you're fully prepared and never miss out.
Absolutely. Cancel up to 48 hours before the tour and you receive a full refund of your €50 deposit — no fees, no questions asked. Travel plans change, especially with families. I get it.
The €50 deposit simply locks in your date — exactly like a hotel reservation. It's fully deducted from the total tour price on the day, so you're not paying anything extra. The remaining balance is settled at the end of the tour in cash, card or PayPal — whichever is easiest for you.
For your whole group. Always. A Sintra full-day tour at €270 means €270 total — whether you're 1 or 2 people. A group of 4 pays €290 total. The more people you bring, the cheaper it gets per person, which is exactly why families and groups of friends get such great value from a private tour.
Lunch isn't included in the price, but finding the right spot is part of what I do. I take you to authentic local restaurants that tourists rarely discover — real food, fair prices, menus written in Portuguese. I adapt the lunch stop to your group's pace, dietary needs and appetite. Just let me know in advance if there's anything I should know.
